As a feminist psychotherapist, I focus on recovering and healing
feminine stories as they manifest across
the lifespans and transgenerational lineages of women.
While I work with all genders, individuals who come into therapy with me are often in need of addressing something lost in their feminine line. Most often, I work with self-identified women, as our stories have been left out or co-opted by many psychological and patriarchal frameworks.

Feminine knowledge and experience have repeatedly been disappeared through gaslighting, gender-based sexual violence, domestic violence, isolation, or the unequal burden of childcare. Feminist psychotherapy offers an opportunity to disrupt the old stories, remember what has been left out, and restore a relationship to the sacred feminine.
